The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, customer-focused, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financing partners, and clients. Review loan applications and verify the completeness of required documents before submission for credit investigation. Monitor loan applications and follow up on pending requirements to ensure timely processing. Assist in recruiting, training, onboarding, and supporting prospective Loan Consultants. Ensure marketing and promotional materials are properly displayed and distributed at the branch. Conduct field visits to generate leads, strengthen partner relationships, and expand market reach. Assist clients throughout the loan application process and provide excellent customer service. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and other required documents. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder or college undergraduate. At least 2 years of sales experience . Experience in vehicle sales or financing is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure while meeting sales targets. Willing to undergo a 2-week training program in Ortigas, Pasig . Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed. Available to start immediately.
