# Sales Officer **SMART MASONRY PHILIPPINES INC** · Taytay 1920 04A · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Handle and respond to customer sales inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents. - Follow up prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. - Manage the complete sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing and delivery coordination. - Coordinate customer orders with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and other concerned departments. - Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules. - Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Provide product information and basic technical assistance regarding the Smart Block System. - Assist the Technical Team during product presentations, site visits, and customer meetings when required. - Identify new sales opportunities and support the company's sales growth. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred. - At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, or a related industry. - Experience in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales. - Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Basic understanding of construction materials or technical products is an advantage. - Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts and sales activities. - Willing to assist in technical sales presentations and occasional site visits. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools. - Willing to be assigned at the Taytay, Rizal Head Office. Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
