Sales Officer

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Online Sales Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, identifying prospective clients, handling digital inquiries, and promoting our range of fire protection products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day online sales inquiries via website, social media channels, email, and messaging platforms.
• Engage with prospective clients, understand their fire safety/equipment requirements, and provide accurate product information and quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with incoming leads to turn inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams to process orders, follow up on delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date online catalog, product inventory lists, and price sheets across digital channels.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track pipeline progress using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Assist in social media lead-generation campaigns and digital promotion efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender Preference: Female preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in online sales, digital customer service, or inside sales (experience in safety, industrial products, or engineering supply is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), basic CRM tools, and social media/digital platforms.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, customer relationship, and persuasive skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
