This role oversees the complete enrollment conversion process, from lead generation and inquiry management to student counseling, application processing, enrollment closure, and onboarding coordination. The role focuses on converting inbound inquiries into enrolled students based on the defined enrollment targets of the entire CEP Team while proactively conducting outbound follow-ups to generate applications and enrollments. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment of the Continuing Education Programs (CEP). 2. Drive inbound and outbound admissions sales activities to achieve enrollment targets and conversion goals. 3. Guide prospective students through program selection, admissions requirements, enrollment procedures, and payment options. 4. Supervise and support the Sales Associates to ensure high performance and achievement of enrollment objectives. 5. Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, and conversion performance, ensuring timely follow-up and effective pipeline management. 6. Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team productivity, sales effectiveness, and enrollment outcomes. 7. Collaborate with the PR Team to generate qualified leads and support recruitment initiatives, events, and campaigns. 8. Oversee CRM utilization, admissions reporting, and data accuracy across the enrollment pipeline. 9. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, alumni, referral partners, and industry stakeholders. 10. Analyze enrollment performance and recommend process improvements to enhance admissions efficiency, student experience, and conversion rates. 11. Support Open House events, Kitchen Discovery Courses, school visits, educational fairs, and career talks 12. Assist in maintaining relationships with referral partners and industry contacts. 13. Represent CCA professionally in all client interactions, reinforcing trust, credibility, and alignment with institutional values. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): During the first month of the probationary period, the focus will be on onboarding, training, and familiarization with the sales cycle. Beginning the second month of the probationary period, the following performance targets will apply: 1. Progressive achievement of assigned enrollment targets, with emphasis on learning the full sales cycle and consistent follow-through. 2. Minimum of ten (10) CEP enrollment conversions per month. 3. Achieve a minimum of forty (40) student enrollment conversions per month as a collective achievement of the CEP Admissions Team. 4. Sustained inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rate and effective pipeline management. 5. Timely and accurate encoding of inquiries and submission of sales and productivity reports. 6. Compliance with sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards. Job Specifications: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent. 2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, admissions, enrollment management, or customer acquisition, with a proven track record of achieving sales and conversion targets. 3. Previous experience in student admissions, enrollment conversions, educational sales, or recruitment within a school, college, university, training center, or similar educational institution is highly preferred. 4. Demonstrated experience in managing inbound and outbound sales activities, lead nurturing, customer relationship management, and enrollment conversion processes. 5. Proven leadership experience in supervising, coaching, and developing sales, admissions, or customer-facing teams. 6. Proficient in CRM systems, lead management, admissions reporting, and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 8. Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working in a target-oriented environment. 9. Possesses a high level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, initiative, adaptability, and commitment to student success and organizational goals.
