About the Company

Dara Alliance Trading LLC is a UAE-based beauty and personal care distribution company established in 2005. We represent international cosmetics brands and supply products to retailers, wholesalers, salons, pharmacies, and other business customers.

We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to promote our cosmetics brands, develop a customer database, and generate sales opportunities among Arabic-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a database of potential customers through online research, social media, business directories, and other resources.
• Identify potential customers, including cosmetics retailers, wholesalers, beauty shops, pharmacies, salons, and distributors.
• Contact prospective customers by telephone, introduce our cosmetics brands, explain product benefits, and generate sales leads.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and regular follow-ups.
• Present product ranges and promotional offers to potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to confirm prices, product availability, quotations, order quantities, and delivery details.
• Work with the marketing team to obtain product catalogues, presentations, price lists, and promotional materials to support sales.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to convert leads into sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers, understand market demand, and monitor competitors.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call reports, lead status, and sales follow-up activities.
• Work towards agreed sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory; French language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or marketing is preferred.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, telephone sales, and customer relationship skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and online research.
• Ability to identify potential customers, maintain an organized database, and follow up consistently.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with sales targets.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 3,000.
• Employment visa provided in accordance with UAE labour laws.
• Medical insurance provided as required by UAE law.
• Other statutory employment benefits in accordance with applicable UAE labour laws.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
