COMPANY OVERVIEW We are an international precision manufacturing group with decades of experience supporting leading global technology brands Our expertise covers high-quality metal and plastic components, server chassis, and end-to-end manufacturing solutions We serve fast-growing sectors including AI servers, data centers, cloud computing, 5G, electric vehicles, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment Our advanced, highly automated production facilities in China are fully vertically integrated, with comprehensive in-house capabilities including tooling, metal stamping, plastic injection, CNC machining, surface treatment, assembly, and logistics We leverage extensive robotics and automation to deliver speed, precision, and flexibility for high-mix, high-volume programs We support global customers from early-stage product design and prototyping through to mass production and final fulfillment ROLE MISSION Drive new business growth by identifying and developing opportunities with corporate partners Lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve corporate targets Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and internal teams ROLE SUMMARY Take ownership of business development and sales support for a high-tech precision manufacturing group Work closely with customers, engineering, and production teams to turn opportunities into successful projects Enjoy a dynamic role with exposure to global clients and cutting-edge manufacturing technologies Report to Head of Sales & Marketing Division KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners and potential customers Develop, execute, and oversee sales and marketing strategies to meet corporate goals Monitor sales progress and take action to ensure targets are achieved on time Expand corporate partnerships and launch initiatives to reach and exceed sales targets Lead and manage business development projects from lead generation to closure Provide full-spectrum sales support, including RFQ proposals, market research, and information analysis Maintain close communication and strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required Occasional overseas travel may be required to attend customer project meetings IDEAL CANDIDATE Tertiary education in Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in manufacturing or engineering services Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Strong planning, organization, and project management abilities Solid analytical skills with a good understanding of manufacturing cost structures Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Trips to Dongguan and overseas is required TERMS & BENEFITS 5-day work week 14 days annual leave Birthday leave Performance bonus Medical insurance TO APPLY for this job or similar jobs : For secure and confidential job application, please click the below link to get our email address. http://jpc.hk/confidential_apply.htm JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990 and is a Hong Kong–based recruitment firm providing general recruitment and executive search services.
