Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, suppliers, and clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads. Promote and sell building materials and related products. Conduct regular client visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders. Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and commercial terms. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Coordinate with the operations, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and payment follow-up. Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups. Requirements: 2–5 years of sales and marketing experience in building materials or the construction industry . Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and customer network. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate new leads and convert them into sales. UAE driving license is preferred. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
