Sales & Marketing Engineer – Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

· Role Focus: Technical sales, market analysis, and key account management for upstream/downstream oil and gas products.

· Experience in Design and Pricing

· Target Market: National Oil Companies (NOCs like ADNOC), International Oil Companies

Key Responsibilities

· Business Development: Identify and secure new sales leads for oil & gas equipment, or annual maintenance contracts

· Technical Proposals: Prepare accurate commercial and technical tenders, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimations

· Client Relations: Manage customer requirements, provide product education, and deliver post-sales support.

· Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, new products, and competitor activity.

· Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal engineering, marketing, and project execution teams to ensure orders match client specifications

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Experience: 3 to 5+ years of technical sales experience within the UAE oil & gas sector.

· Local Knowledge: Familiarity with ADNOC vendor approval systems, procedures, is a major advantage.

· Skills: Strong communication, Arabic-English bilingual ability (preferred)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
