Summary

We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our growing sales and marketing activities.

This is a varied role combining administration, customer follow-up, distributor support and marketing coordination. You will play an important part in ensuring customer enquiries are progressed, distributor opportunities are tracked and marketing activities run smoothly.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider commercial team, you will help improve internal processes, maintain accurate customer information and support initiatives that contribute to business growth. As the role develops, there will be opportunities to become involved in wider marketing, CRM management, customer engagement and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Sales Administration

· Manage the company quote follow-up procedure

· Contact customers to follow up quotations via email and telephone

· Record customer feedback and buying timescales

· Update quote status within CRM/business databases

· Escalate high-value opportunities where appropriate

· Help maintain accurate sales records

Distributor Administration

· Log and track distributor referrals

· Ensure referrals are acknowledged and assigned correctly

· Monitor progress and request updates from distributors

· Record outcomes including won/lost business

· Assist with quarterly distributor reporting

Marketing Administration

· Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns

· Maintain customer mailing lists

· Upload contacts and assist with CRM management

· Coordinate marketing materials and literature
