About the Company

Dalma Homes Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales team in Dubai.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing effective sales strategies, leading a team of real estate agents, and driving business growth while achieving company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and company targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular sales meetings, and provide professional guidance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
• Support agents in property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and real estate opportunities in Dubai.
• Prepare sales performance reports and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market.
• Previous experience in managing or leading a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive team performance.
• Professional attitude with strong business development skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary and commission of AED 5,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience.
