As we launch this exciting new vertical in the UAE, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-caliber Sales Manager to establish, scale, and lead our Dubai operations. Job Overview Are you a B2B sales champion with a powerful network in the corporate gifting industry? Do you have the drive to take over a new business vertical, build a sales network from the ground up, and run it using your own capability?We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who understands the pulse of the promotional gifts market. In this role, you will manage our entire sales and marketing network, build and lead a high-performing team, handle end-to-end product sourcing, and pitch creative gifting concepts to top-tier corporate clients. This position offers complete operational autonomy and a lucrative salary plus incentive structure built for a true go-getter. Core Responsibilities Sales Network Ownership: Lead and execute the entire B2B sales pipeline, driving aggressive market penetration for our new promotional gifting vertical. Client Acquisition: Capitalize on your existing corporate client base in the UAE to generate immediate business and secure high-volume corporate gift contracts. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a results-driven sales and marketing team to achieve company growth milestones. Sourcing & Vendor Management: Leverage deep industry knowledge to source unique, premium, and cost-effective promotional items globally and locally, complementing our in-house bag manufacturing. Creative Consulting: Use your creative flair to design tailored, trending, and impactful gifting strategies that elevate our clients' brand identity. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within a Promotional Gifting Agency or corporate merchandise sector. Client Base: A strong, verified, and active corporate client network across Dubai and the wider UAE. Sourcing Expertise: Excellent knowledge of global and local corporate gift supply chains, vendor networks, and customized product customization. License: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (essential for client visits and market coordination). Leadership & Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and possessed of the zeal to build a full-scale company structure under your leadership.
