Sales Manager – PPF, Detailing & Window Tinting

Auto AK7 Garage is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Automotive Detailing, and Window Tinting.

The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of the automotive protection and detailing industry, a proven track record in sales, and strong leadership skills to manage and grow our PPF and Detailing Department.

We are looking for someone who can independently generate sales, develop effective marketing strategies, attract new customers, and oversee departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales for PPF, detailing, and window tinting services, achieving a monthly sales target of AED 500,000 .
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of leading PPF, tinting, and detailing brands, including their specifications, quality, and technical differences.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, social media content, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Manage customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Supervise the PPF and Detailing Department, ensuring smooth operations, quality standards, and timely completion of work.
• Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the automotive PPF, detailing, or window tinting industry.
• Proven experience in the UAE automotive PPF, detailing, and window tinting market, with a strong understanding of local customer preferences and competitors.
• Strong technical and product knowledge of major PPF, tinting, and detailing brands.
• Proven ability to generate sales, acquire customers, and achieve high monthly revenue targets.
• Experience managing or supervising a PPF or automotive detailing department.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage departmental operations, and coordinate with marketing teams.
• Candidates must provide details of their previous employers and relevant industry experience during the interview.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000
• Commission: Attractive performance-based commission

Shortlisted candidates must prepare and present a sales and marketing proposal during the interview, explaining:

• How they plan to generate new customers for PPF, detailing, and tinting services.
• How they would collaborate with the marketing team to promote the department.
• Their strategy to achieve the monthly sales target of AED 500,000.
• Their approach to managing and improving the department's overall performance.
