Sales Manager – Pest Control Services

Experience: 8–10 years of UAE experience

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and secure new contracts for pest control services across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, property management companies, government entities, and commercial clients.
• Identify and participate in tenders and RFQs.
• Coordinate with operations and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of UAE experience in sales and business development, preferably in pest control or facility management.
• Proven track record in securing new contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
