Our operations include cultivation, processing and direct marketing of organic products through multiple sales channels. Job Title: Sales Manager – Organic Vegetables – Emirates Bio Farm . Location: Dubai, Al Ain Road, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Job description We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in hypermarkets and supermarkets. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships in modern trade, a solid understanding of fresh produce sales and a passion for organic food and sustainable agriculture. This position directly reports to the General Manager. Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies for organic vegetables in hypermarkets and supermarkets. - Build, manage, and grow relationships with buyers, category managers and retail partners. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, promotions and shelf placement. - Forecast sales, plan demand and coordinate with farm operations and logistics teams. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer demand. - Ensure consistent product availability, quality standards and timely deliveries. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue growth. - Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or a related field - 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably Fruits & vegetables - Proven experience selling to hypermarkets and supermarkets (modern trade) - Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills - Knowledge of fresh vegetable supply chains - Ability to work independently and travel as required - Passion for organic farming and sustainable food systems Preferred Qualifications - Existing network with retail buyers and distributors - Experience with organic standards - Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotional planning in modern trade How to Apply: Please email your resume and a short cover letter to hr@emiratesbiofarm.com with the subject line: Application – Sales Manager - Organic Vegetables.
