We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Off-Plan sales growth and expand our local and international client network. Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales and revenue targets. ✅ Drive new business opportunities across local and international markets. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, investors, and key market partners. ✅ Expand and strengthen MMM Developments broker and sales network. ✅ Manage sales pipelines, leads, conversions, inventory, and overall team performance. ✅ Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on project launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and lead-generation initiatives. ✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities. ✅ Prepare accurate sales forecasts and management reports. ✅ Represent MMM Developments at industry events, roadshows, exhibitions, and investor meetings. Requirements ✅ Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience with Off-Plan sales exposure. ✅ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ✅ Strong network of Dubai brokers, agencies, and investor channels. ✅ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. ✅ Experience working with international investors and HNW clients. ✅ Luxury, premium, or branded residential development experience preferred. ✅ Professional-level English communication skills. Additional Advantage ✅ German, French, Russian, Italian, Dutch, or other European language skills. ✅ Experience working with clients from the UK, Europe, GCC, and North America.
