Onboard, train, and manage high-performing channel partners and real estate networks. Conduct preliminary credit assessments and manage the end-to-end file journey with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams. Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal lending policies. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred). Proven track record in LAP, Home Loans, or Mortgage sales within Banks, NBFCs, or HFCs. Strong network of DSAs, real estate brokers, and connectors in Mumbai.
