Develop and implement sales strategies and market penetration in Malaysia. Identify new business opportunities with MNC, local companies,horeca, food manufacturers, QSR chains, centre kitchens, institutional catering, healthcare and educational institutions. Build and maintain relationship with key decision- makers and strategic accounts. Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Lead commercial negotiations and prepare proposals and quotations Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans for management review. Requirements : Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of sales or business development experience in commercial kitchen equipment, food service solutions, hospitality equipment, refrigeration, HVAC or related industries. Proven ability to formulate sales strategies and drive market expansion. Strong network with hotel groups, restaurant chains, consultants, developers, and multinational corporations. Experience managing large projects and key accounts within the commercial kitchen or hospitality industry. Excellent leadership, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Able to communicate in English , Bahasa & Mandarin.
