Experience 5–8 years total sales experience Experience selling: Bespoke joinery Kitchens & wardrobes Doors Furniture / FFE Commercial fit-out Villa and residential interiors Hospitality projects Most important skills Strong Dubai client network Interior designers Architects Consultants Main contractors Developers Property managers Real-estate companies Technical joinery knowledge MDF/HDF, plywood, veneer, laminate Solid wood Hardware Kitchens and wardrobes Doors Finishes Joinery production and installation Ability to understand drawings and BOQs. Commercial ability Prepare/understand quotations Negotiate pricing Value engineering Understand margins Close contracts Follow up payments Forecast sales pipeline Sales management Monthly/annual targets Lead generation CRM/pipeline management Sales team management Weekly reporting Competitor analysis Valid UAE driving licence is highly desirable and often mandatory for project sales roles.
