Location: United States (field-based) — priority coverage of Texas, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida | Regional office in Los Angeles Reports to: Head of Overseas Business Division / Regional Sales Director Company background A manufacturer of ventilation fans, exhaust fans, and HVAC products serving the home appliance industry. Our international business has grown steadily over the past 2–3 years, with Europe and the Americas now accounting for roughly 70% of overseas revenue. We are scaling our presence in the US market and building out our regional sales team to support the next phase of growth. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Sales Manager to lead market expansion and channel development in the United States, with a focus on the HVAC product category. This is a field-based role covering key southern and eastern states — a great fit for someone who thrives managing a broad territory independently. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy & Sales Planning Develop and execute sales and channel expansion strategies for the US market; define target customer segments. Build annual and quarterly sales plans and action programs; own regional revenue and profit targets. Customer & Channel Development Lead new customer acquisition in the US market, focusing on HVAC wholesale distributors, contractors/engineering firms, and building materials retailers. Build and manage a regional distribution network; maintain and grow existing customer relationships. Take pilot projects through to scalable, repeatable commercial success. Brand Building & Promotion Increase brand awareness and drive customer growth and conversion in the local market. Partner with the marketing team on localized brand strategy; participate in or lead trade shows, customer events, and industry engagements. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback Track competitive dynamics, industry trends, regulations, and evolving customer needs in the US market. Relay frontline feedback on product performance, use cases, and technical improvement needs to headquarters product and marketing teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. 5+ years of sales/business development experience in the HVAC industry. 5+ years of hands-on experience developing customers and managing channels in the US market. Strong understanding of the HVAC industry, sales approaches, applications, and customer/channel development models. Excellent business communication, technical presentation, and contract negotiation skills in English. Valid US driver's license; able to travel within the region 50%+ of the time. Legally authorized to work in the United States now and future. Core Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a broad territory and drive business independently with limited supervision. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation. Familiarity with local market practices and business culture; existing HVAC, appliance, or building-materials channel relationships are a strong plus. Preferred Background Experience on the North America sales team of a leading Chinese appliance or HVAC brand. Familiarity with the US HVAC distribution ecosystem, retailers such as Lowe's or Home Depot, and contractor networks. Experience selling ventilation fans, exhaust fans, HVAC terminal products, or related appliance categories. Compensation Base salary: $130,000–$150,000/year doe YOE + KPI+ Annual performance bonus Final package is negotiable based on candidate experience, resources, and expected performance. Team & Work Structure Join a growing US team Travel: 50%+ within the region, focused on target southern and eastern states. Regional office support available in Los Angeles.
