The successful candidate will lead the sales function, drive revenue growth through group, corporate, MICE, wedding, and leisure business, and uphold the highest standards of premium hospitality. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed room revenue, group, and targets. Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, association, incentive, and leisure group business. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, site inspections, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and post-event follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, and corporate accounts. Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and client presentations. Ensure all sales activities align with brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences consistent with a premium property. Mentor and develop junior sales team members (if applicable). Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3–7 years of progressive sales experience in hotels or resorts, with at least 3 years in a sales management or senior sales role. Strong knowledge of group, MICE, corporate, and leisure sales cycles. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. Existing network of corporate, agency, and event planner contacts is highly desirable.
