The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG/food trading experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to drive sales performance through strategic account management. Responsibilities - Manage and expand key accounts including major retail chains, hypermarkets, and supermarkets. - Build strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and store-level teams. - Negotiate annual contracts, trading terms, listing fees, rebates, and promotional agreements. - Develop account-specific sales plans and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Ensure timely listing of new products and maintain compliance with category requirements. - Coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability, forecasting accuracy, and timely deliveries. - Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Plan and execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and seasonal campaigns. - Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and promotional ROI analysis. - Support new product launches and ensure strong market penetration within key accounts. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing key accounts in FMCG or food trading, specifically with major UAE retail chains. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts. - Solid understanding of UAE retail landscape, trading terms, pricing structures, and category management. - Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM systems. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience - Existing relationships with major UAE retail chains - Experience in dry, frozen, chilled, or specialty imported food categories. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
