SALES MANAGER – F&B (HORECA & FINE DINING)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow our Food & Beverage (F&B) business in the UAE, with a focus on the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies and fine dining establishments.

The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, an established network of customers and a proven record of achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and grow sales of F&B products across the UAE.
• Build strong relationships with hotels, fine dining restaurants, chefs, purchasing managers and F&B directors.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Manage existing key accounts and increase sales.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and supply agreements.
• Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Manage customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5–7 years of F&B sales experience in the UAE , preferably in the HORECA and fine dining sectors.
• Proven experience selling food products to hotels, restaurants and catering businesses.
• Established relationships with chefs, purchasing managers and key decision-makers in the UAE hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE F&B market, product categories and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and grow sales revenue.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for sales performance.
• UAE driving licence required.
• Experience managing a sales team is an advantage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience selling premium, speciality or imported food products.
• Existing customer network within luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants.
• Experience working with F&B distributors, importers or foodservice suppliers.
