We are looking for a strong sales leader with an established track record in Dubai real estate , team management and business development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, manage and motivate the real estate sales team Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies Monitor individual and team performance Coach and mentor Property Consultants to improve conversion and closing rates Support agents with negotiations and complex transactions Track leads, pipeline activity and sales performance through CRM Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and sales planning Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales consultants Develop relationships with investors, buyers, sellers and key industry contacts Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth Work closely with the Marketing, CRM and Admin teams to maximise lead conversion WHAT GLEN COLTON PROVIDES Company-generated leads and client data Unlimited property portal credits Dedicated CRM Team In-house Marketing Team Dedicated Admin & Listing Support Professional Videographer & Personal Branding Support Driver and vehicle support for property viewings Strong operational infrastructure and management support Growth opportunities within a developing real estate business IDEAL CANDIDATE Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in Dubai real estate Strong track record of achieving sales targets Excellent knowledge of the Dubai property market Strong experience in Off-Plan and Secondary Market Proven ability to recruit, train and manage sales consultants Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills Established industry network is an advantage Highly target-driven and commercially focused Excellent English communication skills Location: Business Bay, Dubai Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time If you are an experienced real estate sales leader looking to take ownership of a growing team and play a key role in building a high-performing sales division, we would like to hear from you.
