Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Cybersecurity to drive revenue growth and business development across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling managed cybersecurity services and enterprise security solutions , with established relationships across enterprise and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Acquire new customers and grow existing enterprise accounts across the UAE.
• Sell cybersecurity solutions including SOC, MSS/MSSP, SIEM, XDR/MDR, Endpoint Security, VAPT, Cloud Security, Email Security, IAM, Network Security, Firewalls, and GRC .
• Build relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CISOs, IT/Security Heads, and key decision-makers .
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop customer solutions.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activities.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field .
• 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience in the UAE , preferably in a Sales Manager role with team-handling experience.
• Proven track record selling enterprise cybersecurity and managed security services .
• Strong knowledge of SOC/MSSP, SIEM, XDR/MDR, Cloud Security, IAM, Endpoint Security, VAPT, and Network Security .
• Established UAE network across enterprise, government, and channel partners .
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with leading cybersecurity vendors is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
