The candidate will be responsible for achieving both individual and team monthly sales targets , managing daily team performance, supporting sales closures, and overseeing the initial immigration processing and client coordination. The ideal candidate must have strong sales, team management, client handling, and immigration processing knowledge and be capable of taking responsibility for overall floor performance. Key Responsibilities Achieve individual monthly sales targets along with assigned team monthly targets . Manage, motivate, train, and monitor the sales team on a daily basis . Evaluate each team member's performance, including calls, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and closures. Take full responsibility for team performance as well as individual sales performance . If there are no sales or insufficient performance on the sales floor, the Sales Manager will be accountable to management . Attend face-to-face client meetings and assist sales consultants in closing high-value or difficult cases. Support consultants with objection handling, negotiations, follow-ups, and payment closures. Handle client concerns through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, or client visits when required. Oversee the initial step of immigration processing after the sale and ensure proper handover of cases to the processing team. Have strong end-to-end knowledge of immigration processing , documentation, case procedures, and client requirements. Handle refund-related concerns and coordinate with clients and management appropriately. Conduct training for the sales team on new immigration products, programs, sales processes, and updates when required. Ensure leads are properly distributed, followed up, updated, and managed by the team. Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports . Monitor pending payments, follow-ups, client documentation, and sales pipeline. Coordinate closely with management and processing teams to ensure smooth client handling and case progression. Ensure all consultants follow company policies, sales procedures, and professional client communication standards. Requirements 3–4+ years of experience ONLY in Immigration Consultancy or Migration Sales. Proven experience in sales team management and achieving targets . Strong knowledge of immigration sales and processing . Experience handling both sales and post-sales/initial processing activities . Strong face-to-face client handling and closing skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment . Strong knowledge of CRM, lead management, and sales reporting. UAE immigration consultancy experience is highly preferred. The selected candidate will be expected to take ownership of the sales floor and ensure consistent daily performance and monthly target achievement. Only candidates with relevant immigration consultancy experience will be considered. Candidates from unrelated backgrounds will not be called for an interview. Salary: AED 5,500 – AED 7,000 + Commission Location: Business Bay, Dubai Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
