Sales Manager - CCTV & Security Systems

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in CCTV, security systems, and related ELV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Promote and sell CCTV, surveillance, and security system solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in CCTV and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and ELV systems.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop new business and generate leads.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
