# Sales Manager (Cable & Wire Industry) **Kataria Jewellery Insurance Consultancy** · Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage and motivate a team of CROs . - Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy for the Cable & Wire industry. - Identify and build a database of cable and wire manufacturers across India . - Help CROs approach promoters, owners, CFOs, HR heads, purchase heads and other key decision-makers. - Personally develop relationships with important/key accounts. - Generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers. - Train CROs on prospecting, calling, meetings, presentations and follow-ups. - Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team. - Monitor individual CRO performance and conversion ratios. - Develop a systematic sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up. - Build long-term relationships with corporate clients. - Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. - Explore new geographical markets and opportunities within the electrical/cable industry. Job location : Marine Lines Company - Kataria Business Insurance Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
