# SALES MANAGER/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE **Trseem General Contracting Company** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 11 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role POSITION: SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE pay: 4,000.00 (AED) - 6,000.00 (AED) per month Job description: Trseem Contracting is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by securing maintenance, renovation, refurbishment, fit-out, and building upgrade projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities * Identify and secure new maintenance and renovation project opportunities. * Generate and manage tender opportunities from government and private sector clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, developers, and procurement teams. * Register the company with new clients and complete prequalification requirements. * Monitor tender portals and identify upcoming business opportunities. * Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure timely and competitive tender submissions. * Attend client meetings and professionally represent the company. * Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * Achieve agreed business development and sales targets. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in sales or business development within the construction or maintenance industry. * Proven track record in securing maintenance, renovation, fit-out, or refurbishment projects. * Strong network with consultants, contractors, government entities, and private sector clients. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
