The role involves overseeing branch operations and leading a service-driven team, with working hours from 10am–8pm (weekends 10am–7pm). This position comes with an attractive remuneration package including Gross $6,000 onwards , along with commission and performance bonus, making it a strong opportunity for candidates who are motivated by earnings growth and career progression in the beauty industry . What You’ll Be Doing Deliver personalised beauty consultations and professional advice to understand customer needs and enhance their experience Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality service delivery Lead, coach, and support consultants and therapists to ensure service excellence across treatments Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including staff coordination, sales performance, and promotional activities Drive monthly sales targets and contribute actively to overall branch performance goals Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly in a professional manner Support and participate in marketing initiatives and campaigns organised by headquarters Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of treatment and consultation areas Review daily workflows and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency Promote a positive, collaborative team environment through clear communication and motivation Represent the brand professionally and uphold its service standards at all times Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry with a proven strong sales track record Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay driven in a performance-focused environment Sales-oriented and service-focused mindset with genuine interest in the beauty industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively, provide guidance, and motivate team members Note for Applicants Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, typically within 4 days .
