Sales Manager – Automotive Maintenance & Repair Services

Auto AK7 Garage is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Automotive Maintenance and Repair Services.

The ideal candidate must have extensive technical knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair, a proven track record in service sales, and strong leadership skills to manage and grow our Maintenance Department.

We are looking for someone who can independently generate sales, develop effective marketing strategies, attract new customers, and oversee departmental operations, with a particular focus on luxury and high-end vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales for automotive maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, and repair services, achieving a monthly sales target of AED 500,000 .
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and increase service department revenue.
• Maintain extensive technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, mechanical and electrical repairs, spare parts, and service options.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, social media content, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Manage customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Supervise the Maintenance Department, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and timely completion of repairs and services.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of proven sales experience in automotive maintenance, repair, or service departments.
• Proven experience in the UAE automotive maintenance and repair market , with a strong understanding of local customer preferences and competitors.
• Experience working with luxury and high-end vehicle brands is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, maintenance procedures, mechanical and electrical repairs, and spare parts.
• Proven ability to generate sales, acquire customers, and achieve high monthly revenue targets.
• Experience managing or supervising an automotive maintenance or service department.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage departmental operations, and coordinate with marketing teams.
• Candidates must provide details of their previous employers and relevant industry experience during the interview.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000
• Commission: Attractive performance-based commission
