Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sales , preferably in HVAC, ventilation, construction, building materials, or engineering solutions. At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role , with proven experience leading and developing a sales team. Strong experience in B2B/project sales , particularly with contractors, consultants, developers, engineering firms, and commercial or industrial accounts. Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing pipelines, forecasting, and developing strategic accounts . Experience in technical specification selling and consultant engagement is highly preferred. Strong understanding of ventilation/HVAC products, applications, and project requirements . Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and familiarity with organizations such as PSVARE and PSME is an advantage. Excellent skills in business development, negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and strategic planning . Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage team performance and drive accountability. Willingness to conduct client, consultant, and project-site visits as required.
