As our sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and further strengthen our position as a leading provider of innovative IT solutions. What you'll be doing Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth Manage, coach and mentor a team of talented sales professionals to maximize their performance and exceed sales goals Identify new business opportunities and lead the pursuit of complex, high-value sales Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong network of contacts Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Olongapo, Zambales: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Sales Management: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
