About the Role

Prime Luxury Properties LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and develop our real estate sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market , proven leadership experience, and a successful track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants.
• Set, monitor, and achieve team sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Coach and support agents throughout the sales process.
• Assist with client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Recruit, train, and develop new and existing team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property market.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong team management, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Existing client and developer network is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable , based on experience and qualifications. Attractive commission and performance-based incentives . Opportunity to grow with a growing real estate company in Dubai.
