Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and sales follow-ups. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer orders. Develop and maintain a strong customer and sales pipeline. Develop partnerships with supermarkets, retailers, restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate customers. Conduct customer visits and market surveys to identify new business opportunities. Explore opportunities for expanding the company's product range and distribution network.
