I’ve been in the hail restoration business for 20 years, and I’m looking for someone I can personally train and teach the business to from the ground up. Training will pay $30 an hour, then transition into a weekly guarantee and commission. You’ll learn how to: Find and inspect storm-damaged homes Talk to homeowners and generate your own business Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process Meet with adjusters and make sure damage is properly accounted for Help customers choose their roof and materials Take the project from claim to completed roof The job isn’t complicated—but it isn’t easy. You need a reliable vehicle, a strong work ethic, confidence talking to people, and no fear of knocking on doors or climbing roofs. The reward? You’ll learn a high-value sales skill set that can seasonally produce a six-figure seasonal income, while having the freedom, variety, and fun that come with being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk.
