Job Description

Dehnee Perfume Factory LLC is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive specializing in Private Label Perfume Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the same field, specifically private label perfume sales or perfume manufacturing sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential clients, promoting our private label manufacturing services, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the private label perfume industry.
• Conduct outdoor visits to perfume shops, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and potential business clients.
• Promote private label, customized perfume, and OEM manufacturing services.
• Generate new leads and convert potential customers into confirmed orders.
• Understand customer requirements regarding perfume formulations, bottle designs, caps, boxes, packaging, and branding.
• Explain MOQ, pricing, manufacturing processes, and available customization options.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close business deals.
• Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including design, production, and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in private label perfume sales or perfume manufacturing sales is mandatory.
• Must have direct experience in the same field.
• Strong knowledge of perfume manufacturing, OEM, and private label services.
• Existing client connections in the perfume industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for outdoor client meetings.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Good English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.

Candidates without previous experience in private label perfume sales or perfume manufacturing sales will not be considered.

We are looking for someone who can independently generate business, develop new clients, and bring confirmed private label perfume orders to the company.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
