Sales ( Logistics )

• Requirements:

Candidates need at least 5 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding in Kazakhstan or Central Asia.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transport, international trade, business or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in sales or business development with a freight forwarder, project logistics company, shipping line, rail operator or heavy-lift contractor.
• Proven record of winning new accounts and meeting sales targets. Candidates should be able to give examples.
• Existing network among oil & gas, energy, EPC and industrial clients in Kazakhstan is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of:
• Road, rail, sea, air and multimodal transport, including Middle Corridor, China–Kazakhstan rail and Caspian routes.
• Project cargo, breakbulk and OOG / heavy-lift transport.
• Incoterms 2020, customs procedures and transport documents (CMR, SMGS / CIM, B/L, AWB).
• Freight pricing and costing.
• Languages: fluent Russian and English. Kazakh is an advantage; Chinese is a plus.
