Battmobile is UAE's leading onsite auto services provider, serving 150,000+ customers with a fleet of 40+ vehicles and 24/7 technician coverage. From emergency battery replacement to preventive automotive care, we deliver fast, convenient, and reliable service across the UAE, supported by our Al Quoz service center. THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a driven, energetic Sales & Service Manager to take ownership of our Onsite Operations. This is a fast-track opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility — not a role where you wait years to get a shot at leading a team. YOUR IMPACT Drive Sales: Push conversion, upselling, and package penetration to grow revenue. Run Daily Operations: Keep dispatch, technician utilization, and response times sharp. Motivate the Team: Coach technicians and agents day-to-day, keep energy and accountability high. Own the Customer Experience: Chase great reviews, fix complaints fast, keep satisfaction high. Stay on Top of the Numbers: Use daily dashboards to spot problems early and act on them. Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with HR, IT, Marketing, Accounts, and Dispatch. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Higher Revenue | Better Conversion | Faster Response | Happier Customers | A Sharper, More Motivated Team WHAT YOU BRING 1–3 years' experience in sales, operations, customer service, or a fast-paced field/retail environment (automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement). A commercial mindset — you like targets and want to beat them. Comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and reports. Natural people skills — you can motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable. Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Eagerness to learn CRM systems (ZOHO or similar) — training provided.
