Leads the operational support of systems and processes to ensure efficient and reliable technology services. Coordinates with stakeholders and provides reports and insights to management to support informed decision-making. Contributes to process improvements and the implementation of sustainable solutions, while adhering to directives and initiatives from line managers, vendors, and business consultants, and incorporating customer feedback where applicable. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and manage collaboration with stakeholders and third-party service providers to gather insights, provide updates, and support the successful deployment of technology initiatives. Integrate operational strategies while identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems or develop automation features that improve overall system efficiency. Lead training and refresher sessions for tenured and newly hired employees, including internal and external customers, to promote effective system use and consistent reporting across stakeholders. Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for improvement. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams across sales groups. Gather requirements and lead the preparation of business documentation to support feature development. Develop visual presentations and dashboards to streamline reporting for internal and external customers under the guidance of the line manager. Test, validate, and deploy data transformation tools and reports to enable faster and more accurate data sourcing. Lead all support tasks, including documenting user replication steps and identifying root causes. Coordinate with service agencies to implement fixes and continuously monitor the situation to ensure effective and long-term solutions. Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: ERP systems: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
