About the Role We are seeking a disciplined, target-driven B2B Sales & Appointment Setting Intern to drive outbound lead generation and client engagement. In this role, your core focus will be researching prospects, identifying decision-makers matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and setting up discovery calls with our Founder/Director. You will work directly alongside leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to high-ticket B2B software services, IT staffing solutions, and core business operations. 2. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Qualification: Identify, research, and list target B2B accounts matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across global and domestic markets. Outreach & Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone) to engage prospective decision-makers and schedule discovery calls. CRM & Lead Management: Maintain structured, accurate logs of all touchpoints, prospect feedback, and scheduled calls in the company CRM / Google Sheet. Executive Coordination: Coordinate directly with the Founder/Director to manage calendar availability, brief leadership prior to calls, and verify prospect attendance.
