Overview : Job Title: Sales Hunter (P&C) Insurance Location: United States (Remote / Hybrid) Travel: 50% Job Description We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Strategic Hunter with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to drive new business acquisition and large deal closures. The role focuses on selling IT and business services to P&C carriers, MGAs, MGUs, and reinsurers. Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new P&C insurance clients - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and drive deal closures - Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders - Understand client requirements and position relevant IT and business solutions - Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large and complex deals - Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and proposal development - Work with partners and platforms for joint opportunities Requirements Required Skills & Experience - 10–15+ years of experience in IT services sales - Minimum 7+ years of experience in P&C insurance domain - Proven track record of closing large deals ($1M+ TCV) - Experience working with P&C insurers, MGAs, MGUs, or reinsurers - Strong understanding of P&C Lines of Business (Commercial, Personal, Specialty) - Experience in selling transformation and IT services solutions - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Skills - Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar platforms - Exposure to cloud, data, and digital transformation services Benefits Diversity Inclusion: Exavalu also promotes flexibility, adapting to the needs of employees, customers, and the business.
