# Sales Head (HRMS) **khodal traders** · Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Lead, manage, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Drive B2B sales of HRMS and SaaS-based software solutions to corporate clients. - Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and client meetings. - Identify potential clients, understand their HRMS requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions. - Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding. - Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, HR Managers, business owners, and decision-makers. - Conduct regular pipeline reviews, monitor team performance, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects. - Coordinate with product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client handovers. - Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share sales forecasts with management. - Develop sales strategies to expand market presence, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue growth. Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the HRMS or SaaS industry. - Experience in leading and managing a sales team. - Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closures. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. - Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a high-performing team. - Experience selling HRMS, HRTech, payroll software, or other enterprise SaaS solutions will be preferred.
