The role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives. - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. - Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts. - Monitor sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities. - Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates. - Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective delivery of services. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry standards. - Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a related role. - Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage. - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Results-oriented with strong business and analytical skills. - Willing to travel when required.
