# Sales Head **Linepro Controls Pvt Ltd** · Bhiwandi, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Develop and implement domestic and international sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets. - Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential customers to expand the company’s market reach. - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, distributors, and strategic accounts. - Manage pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and finalization of technical and commercial terms with customers. - Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, customer orders, revenue collection, and overall sales performance. - Coordinate with Design, R&D, Production, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. - Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers and support the development of customized product solutions. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for top management. - Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales team members. - Ensure timely payment collection and maintain customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. - Improve sales processes, strengthen market presence, and perform other duties assigned by management.
