Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. - Manage key customers, distributors, and business relationships. - Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities. - Monitor sales performance, targets, collections, and customer development. - Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, catering companies, and other B2B customers. - Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management. - Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and management to ensure smooth order fulfilment. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. - Ensure proper follow-up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer complaints. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years of sales experience , preferably in foodstuff, FMCG, bakery, or food ingredients. - Proven experience managing and leading a sales team. - Strong B2B sales and business development skills. - Established UAE market knowledge and customer network is an advantage. - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Target-oriented with excellent commercial and analytical abilities. - UAE driving license is preferred.
