We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Sales Executive who possesses direct experience selling Web3, Blockchain, and custom IT development services. Key Duties: - Identify and convert business leads for custom Web3, AI, and smart contract development projects. - Lead discovery meetings with founders, IT heads, and innovation leads to scope technical solutions. - Draft proposal documents, project scope outlines, and commercial quotes in coordination with technical leads. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and active network outreach. Candidate Requirements (Must-Have): - Experience: 2+ years in Web3, Blockchain, or IT Software Services sales. - Knowledge: Deep conceptual understanding of smart contracts, tokenomics, DeFi, and AI technology stacks. - Skills: Consultative selling, client presentation, proposal writing, and objection handling. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
