Sales Executive – Technical Services & Renovation

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and secure projects within Dubai's technical services and renovation industry.

The ideal candidate should have relevant sales experience in Technical Services, Building Maintenance, Renovation, Fit-Out, MEP, HVAC, or related fields , with a good understanding of the UAE market and strong skills in client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company's technical services, maintenance, renovation, and fit-out projects.
• Actively source potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, client meetings, and site visits.
• Promote the company's services, including building maintenance, renovation, painting, flooring, wrapping, aluminium works, MEP, and HVAC services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, property management companies, contractors, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings and coordinate site inspections to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Estimation and Operations Teams for quotation preparation and project requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales successfully.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Identify potential maintenance contracts, renovation projects, and long-term business opportunities.
• Update client records, leads, and sales activities in the company CRM system.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to Management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience , preferably within the UAE.
• Experience in Technical Services, Renovation, Fit-Out, Building Maintenance, MEP, or HVAC is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and close sales.
• Good knowledge of Dubai's technical services and maintenance market.
• Existing client connections within property management, construction, or facility management companies are an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to conduct client meetings and coordinate technical site visits.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification is an advantage.
