Our inspection scope covers a wide range of lifting, access, safety and industrial equipment, rope access including: Tower Cranes Mobile Cranes EOT Cranes Forklifts Hoists Cradles MEWPs Lifting Accessories All PPE Anchor Point Pull-Out Testing All accessories Scaffolding Earth-Moving Equipment Other third-party inspection, training and certification services Position: Sales Executive We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with proven experience in third-party inspection, expesially in constructions and Industeries The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships and generating sales for our inspection , training and certification services. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers for third-party inspection training and certification services. Visit construction companies, contractors, lifting companies, equipment rental companies and other potential clients. Generate leads through calls, visits, networking and existing business contacts. Promote inspection, certification, testing and related services offered by Ashtar. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify repeat business opportunities. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical/operations team for inspection requirements. Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders. Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed jobs. Coordinate with clients regarding inspection schedules and required documents. Monitor market activities and identify new business opportunities. Ensure professional communication and customer service at all times. Preferred Experience Mandatory/Preferred: Previous experience in third-party inspection services is highly preferred. Experience with lifting equipment inspection and certification will be an advantage. Knowledge of cranes, lifting accessories, scaffolding, MEWPs, forklifts, PPE or industrial safety equipment is an advantage. Existing contacts within construction, MEP, lifting, logistics, equipment rental and industrial companies will be an advantage. Proven sales and business-development experience. Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. UAE market experience is preferred. UAE driving licence is an advantage. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a confident and self-motivated sales professional who understands the UAE industrial/construction market and can independently generate business. Candidates with an existing client network in third-party inspection, lifting equipment, construction or industrial safety services are strongly encouraged to apply.
