Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive sales for glass products, garage doors, automatic doors, aluminium, façade systems, and related building solutions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
• Identify upcoming projects and promote company products.
• Understand customer requirements, technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE sales experience in glass, aluminium, garage doors, automatic doors, façade, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of the UAE construction and project sales market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory.
• Own car – Preferred.
• Good English communication; Hindi is an advantage.
