Nejoum Al Jazeera Used Cars LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive – Russian Speaker to join our sales team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present products and services, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, vehicle trading, shipping, logistics, or a related industry .
• Fluent Russian and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
• UAE sales experience is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred, if applicable to the role.
